Francisco J. Miyares Jr. currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Greenleaf
Center for Servant Leadership.
Professionally, Francisco is a Strategic-Partner at Schooley Mitchell, the largest
business optimization and cost reduction firm in North America. Francisco also owns
and operates a Healthcare Consultancy that serves innovators within the
Biopharmaceutical industry. Prior to starting his own consulting portfolio, Francisco was
the Global Director of Corporate Development at Johnson and Johnson, the largest and
most broadly based healthcare company in the world. Throughout his career, Francisco
has continuously sought out opportunities to serve others, and positively shape and
grow organizations.
As a leader, he believes it is critical to remain a lifelong learner, to proactively embrace
change, and to always embody a servant leadership mentality.
Francisco holds an MBA from La Salle University and a B.S. in Finance from the Lacy
School of Business at Butler University.
