Participants of each engagement are introduced to four core categories:

- Characteristics & Behaviors of Servant Leaders
- Individual and Organizational Exemplars
- Staying the Course
Conversations around each category are structured based on the organization’s goals and needs and are designed to be highly interactive through the alignment of Robert Greenleaf’s writings with more contemporary voices in the leadership space. Prior to the session, participants receive short reading excerpts to review.
