Jeff Blade currently serves as Chair for the Board of Trustees of the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership.

Professionally, Jeff served as the President of Herff Jones, the leading provider of graduation and educational products and services. Throughout his career, Jeff has focused on opportunities that challenge him as a builder, including early-stage and private-equity-backed growth companies, new public companies (including the IPO process), turn-around situations, and multiple forms of company governance. His success is deeply rooted in his reliance on the principles of servant leadership, enabling him to build purpose-focused and results-driven organizations.

Jeff holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. from the Lacy School of Business at Butler University.
