Jeff Miller is a Builder & Connector of Human Leadership Networks for Innovative Leadership Solutions, a company that believes in the power of individuals to transform themselves, their communities, and their organizations through personal and team learning. Jeff is an associate of the Cascade Center for Community Governance and a member of the steering committee for the Medgar Evers Institute. He is faculty with the Robert K. Greenleaf Center for Servant-Leadership Academy and served as Interim Executive Director for the Community Leadership Association, He is adjunct leadership studies instructor for the Virtual College of Fort Hays State University and is an adjunct professor in the MBA program at the University of Indianapolis, and the PhD program in Global Leadership with the Indiana Institute of Technology.
He has served as Assistant Director of the North Dakota State University Extension Service with responsibilities for the 4-H Youth Development Program. In this role he served as the administrator responsible for the vision, leadership, and management of the largest volunteer and youth-development organization in North Dakota. For three years, Jeff served as convener for the National Network for Collaboration, a consortium of 20 universities that stretched from Vermont to Guam. Jeff is co-author of “Effective Collaboration: Strategies for Pursuing Common Goals.”
Jeff has worked as a 4-H youth and community development specialist for the University of Illinois; evaluation coordinator of a nationally funded human, organizational, and community capacity building initiative; and university extension agent in Georgia. He has had the opportunity to provide training and consultations in: Australia, New Zealand, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Brunei, South Africa, Great Britain, Brazil, Holland, Finland, Armenia, Ghana, and South Korea. Jeff’s degrees in Agricultural Education are from Ohio State University and Penn State University.
Miller is a charter member and a Past President of the Association of Leadership Educators. Other professional associations include: the International Leadership Association, Indiana Leadership Association, Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership, Organization Development Network, and International Association of True Colors Facilitators.
