Sukaina Jacquet
Buccino Leadership Scholar, Seton Hall University
Sukaina Jacquet is a student at Seton Hall University studying Diplomacy and International Relations with a minor in Sociology and a member of the Buccino Leadership Institute. She currently serves as President of the Minority Pre-Law Society and Co-Founder of the Haitian Student Association at Seton Hall University, where she works to expand mentorship, professional development, cultural community-building, and access to the legal profession for students pursuing law. She is also developing Lex Lineage, a mentorship and professional development initiative designed to guide students through the pre-law journey.
Beyond campus leadership, Sukaina is actively involved in advocacy and community service. She has assisted immigrants with navigating humanitarian parole and asylum processes, supported individuals with job applications and tax assistance, and serves as a Volunteer Coordinator with Seton Hall’s Division of Volunteer Efforts (DOVE). Last summer, she worked with the Alsaid Foundation supporting educational initiatives for underserved children in Jordan.
Her leadership and commitment to service have been recognized through the 2026 Student Servant Leader Award, and the 2025 Otis Holloway International Affairs Scholarship.
