Tailored and Private consultative arrangements are available for organizational partners seeking to inculcate the philosophy of servant leadership throughout their workplace culture.

Participants of each engagement are introduced to four core categories:

Conversations around each category take into account an organization’s goals and aspirations. Sessions are designed to be highly interactive and align original Greenleaf writings with contemporary voices espousing a leadership approach focused on the primary needs of others.

Our Outside Engagement Portfolio is focused on high impact leadership practices that are rooted in the vision of Robert Greenleaf, the founder of the modern movement of servant leadership. Greenleaf’s timeless work has inspired generations of leaders. His foundational principles continue to shape modern leadership thought, evident in today’s writings on leader traits, team dynamics, and institutional roles.
