Zeynep Sila serves as a Business Operations Associate for the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership at Seton Hall University. In this role, she supports the Center’s daily operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and accurate maintenance of sales records. She also coordinates course logistics for the Foundations of Servant Leadership program, assisting with registration, communications, and certifications, while contributing to promotional materials, website content, and engagement initiatives that advance the Center’s mission.

Zeynep Sila is a sophomore in Seton Hall University’s Diplomacy 3+3 Law Program, maintaining a 4.0 cumulative GPA. She is a member of the Buccino Leadership Institute and is actively involved in campus leadership, serving as the PR & Media Director of UNICEF at Seton Hall, a Leadership Ambassador for the Women in Leadership program, and the Secretary of the Minority Pre-Law Society. She is particularly interested in leadership, law, cross-cultural communication, and using advocacy and education to create meaningful community impact.
