Haoying (Howie) Xu received his PhD in management from the University of Illinois Chicago. He joined the School of Business at the Stevens Institute of Technology in 2022. His research on leadership and relationships at work has appeared in outlets such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Journal of Management, and been featured in Harvard Business Review.
His proposed research focused on company initiatives that can cultivate servant leadership.
