Dialogue with Leaders of MetroPower

Last month, the Greenleaf Center was fortunate to facilitate a dialogue with leaders of MetroPower, a prominent southeast regional electrical and mechanical contracting company. Our conversation touched on a number of key servant leader practices known for supporting more cohesive teams that often result in greater organizational productivity and community impact. This highly interactive workshop enabled managers and directors to explore the realities of showing up every day as compassionate leaders who prioritize the needs of employees and customers.
