specializes in supporting leaders through times of change, growth, and complexity. His coaching
and facilitation work centers on character development, ethical leadership, and cultivating high-performing, values-aligned teams.

His research explores how servant leadership can be practically applied within complex organizations to elevate both people and performance.
Above all, Dr. Weber is committed to creating environments where leaders thrive, teams flourish, and culture becomes a competitive advantage—not through power or position, but through service.
