Paul has been the Director of Business Development & Consulting at Service Access & Management, Inc. for the past 12 years. SAM, Inc. is a human service organization serving over 40,000 individuals in all sixty-seven counties in the state of Pennsylvania and eight counties in the state of New Jersey. He received his degree in Marketing & Management from the McCann School of Business and began his career in banking, eventually becoming a trust officer for M&T Bank based out of Buffalo. From there he went on to become the Deputy Administrator for the County of Schuylkill in Pennsylvania and completed a three-year program through the County Commissioner’s Association/Academy of Excellence where he was awarded a certificate in county government studies.

Paul is a board member of many non-profit organizations which benefit many individuals and communities within the area including the local Area Agency on Aging, Avenues, which assists individuals with intellectual disabilities, Downtown Shenandoah, Inc. which is dedicated to the revitalization of the borough of Shenandoah and is the fiscal chair of the Luzerne/Schuylkill Workforce Development Board.  Paul’s greatest joy comes from his involvement with his Church, Divine Mercy parish, where he serves as a Eucharistic Minister in addition to his work with many fundraising efforts.
