Service Line Director, Early Intervention, Service, Access, & Management, Inc.
Shannon Napoli serves as the Director of the Early Intervention Service Line at Service Access & Management, Inc., where she has dedicated 19 years to advancing services and supports for children and families. Throughout her career at SAM, she has developed extensive expertise in children’s mental health case management and Early Intervention services.
With more than 25 years of experience in human services and education, Shannon’s professional background includes leadership and specialized work in Children’s Partial Hospitalization, Crisis Intervention, Early Intervention, and secondary education in Social Science. She is recognized as a Trauma Competent Professional and previously served as a Crisis Prevention Instructor, reflecting her commitment to compassionate, person-centered care and professional development.
Shannon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education, Social Science from Pennsylvania State University and is currently pursuing her MBA at Kutztown University.
As one of SAM’s Servant Leadership Champions, Shannon is passionate about mentoring, teaching, and fostering meaningful connections with others. She is guided by the philosophy of leaving every person she encounters “better off.”
Outside of her professional role, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband, Santino, and their children, Sonny and Sienna. She also loves visiting North Wildwood and cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies.
