Outside Engagements Portfolio
Tailored and private consultations are available for companies and organizations seeking to develop, train, and equip servant-minded leaders. Our consulting process is not about delivering one-time training - it’s about shaping culture. We help organizations move from traditional command and control-oriented leadership to a people-centered approach that fosters employee growth, nurtures vibrant teams, all while driving lasting change.
Participants of each engagement are introduced to four core categories:
- Robert Greenleaf Legacy and Fundamentals of Servant Leadership
- Characteristics & Behaviors of Servant Leaders
- Individual and Organizational Exemplars
- Staying the Course: Sustaining the Servant First Ethos
Conversations around each category take into account an organization’s goals and aspirations. Sessions are designed to be highly interactive and align original Greenleaf writings with contemporary voices espousing leadership strategies focused on the primary needs of others.
The Center is proud to have partnered with organizations across several sectors, including behavioral health, case management, electrical contracting, and government.
Hear from the Center’s organizational partners who are advancing the practice of servant leadership in the workplace to achieve greater impact.
