Brittany is a Ph.D. candidate in Business Administration at the University of Illinois at Chicago . Her research is focused on early influences that shape engagement in servant leadership. Brittany will be examining how drivers related to one’s upbringing influence the development of behaviors and values commensurate with servant leadership. Her research will draw upon theories of social learning and self-determination. Brittany hopes to offer ways in which these factors contribute to the propensity to engage in servant leadership behaviors.
