The goal of Dr. Roholm’s study is to examine the influence of interruptive symbology in servant leadership. Interruptive symbology is a phenomenon by which an individual is influenced by a visual image or symbol, and as a result of the observation, engages in sense and meaning-making of the symbol, comes to an epiphany, and chooses to intentionally act for the betterment of humanity.
