Dr. Ghahremani is the Assistant Professor of Management and Marketing at the University of New Orleans and will examine how servant leaders can inspire their followers to create value for the community while enhancing their perseverance. Drawing from the appraisal theory of emotion, Dr. Ghahremani will examine the leader-oriented effect followers as a mechanism for linking the community-oriented values of servant leaders to the outcomes of followers.
