Jasmine Huijie Shi is a third-year doctoral student at Michigan State University’s School of Human Resources and Labor Relations. Originally from China, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Queen’s University in Canada, followed by a Master’s in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. Her research centers on leadership development, followership, and self-concept, where she seeks to deepen understanding of the dynamics between leaders and followers.
