Jennifer is a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Leadership. Her research will revolve around leadership in early childhood programs, including how such leadership affects teachers, children, and program quality. She is also interested in understanding how servant leadership influences teachers’ perceptions of psychosocial safety climate in licensed early learning programs. Psychosocial safety climate is a construct that reflects staff perceptions of both leaders’ values and beliefs.
