Xi’an Jiaotong University
Jinghao (Terrence) Zhang is an assistant professor at the School of Management, Xi’an Jiaotong University. He received his Ph.D. at the University of Groningen and received his M.Sc. at the Peking University. His research mainly centers on humanization in the workplace via specific focus on instrumental mistreatment (e.g., objectification, exploitation) and humane leadership (e.g., servant leadership, temporal leadership). His work has appeared in academic journals such as Journal of Organizational Behavior, Applied Psychology, and Group & Organization Management.
