MaQueba L. Massey is an Assistant Professor at The University of Tampa in the John Sykes College of Business, Management and Entrepreneurship Department. In 2023, she graduated with her Ph.D. in Business Administration at Jackson State University. Since then, MaQueba has found her research to intersect between organizational behavior, human resource management, and the future of work. Her scholarly efforts are concentrated on how the introduction of innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain can redefine organizational justice, shaping fair workplace practices, equitable employee management, and overall organizational culture.
