Yue Wang (yuew16@uic.edu) is a PhD candidate in the College of Business Administration at the University of Illinois Chicago, majoring in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. Her research explores how leadership factors, such as leader workaholism and servant leadership, influence employees’ experiences, with the goal of promoting healthier and more sustainable workplaces across both traditional and non-traditional settings.
