Greenleaf Center Announces 2024 Greenleaf Scholars

The Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership at Seton Hall University is pleased to announce the selection of the 2024 Greenleaf Scholars. The purpose of the Greenleaf Scholars program is to identify and support promising pre-tenured faculty, early career practitioners, and advanced graduate students who wish to study the value and impact of servant leadership in a wide range of organizational and/or social environments. A signature effort of the Center since 2009, Scholars are selected annually from a national applicant pool.
2024 Greenleaf Scholars
Siyi Tao is a PhD candidate at the University of Illinois Chicago and an incoming Assistant Professor at the Gary W. Rollins College of Business at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. His research focuses on leadership, careers, and personality, with current projects exploring the career progression of leaders.
Michigan State University
Jasmine Huijie Shi is a third-year doctoral student at Michigan State University’s School of Human Resources and Labor Relations. Originally from China, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Queen’s University in Canada, followed by a Master’s in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. Her research centers on leadership development, followership, and self-concept, where she seeks to deepen understanding of the dynamics between leaders and followers.
